in recent years,physical and mental development of children have been the mostimportant thing by parents, parents can’t join special educational institutions to study thesystematically method of child education cause they are so busy, they always feel be taken bysurprise when children against them, with the advent of the internet and the development of a seriesof mobile service, the generation after80s and the generation after90s who are the new risingparents are more dependent on the network in the education of children.E-Learning have been the tendency of in-normal learning as the figure of a large ofinformation,learning anytime,communicating easily.The main work for the effective learning ofparents of primary scholar as followed: study deeply about related theories of E-Learning and theeducational theories of grow man though searching a lot of documents;analysis parents study styles;take a qualitative research questionnaire survey to analysis existed problems about E-Learningplatform; take a modify strategy based on the problems; to build the E-Learning platform based onthe modified strategy; using the E-Learning platform and verifying the results according to thefeedback.
