Since human society entered in twenty-first Century, the informationsociety and the era of knowledge economy comes, lifelong learning and knowledgemanagement has become an important feature of the development of the times.Knowledge is a kind of important social resource and capital, have already causedpeople’s extensive concern, the accumulation of knowledge, application and innovationhas become the foundation and driving force of social development, knowledgemanagement emerge as the times require. In addition, rolling in the educationreform and the development of learning society also put forward newchallenges to teachers, teachers have a set of personal knowledge management ofeffective methods and strategies, is particularly important for their professionalgrowth and development appears to be.This paper discusses the knowledge and knowledge management theory, the statusquo of teacher’s personal knowledge management in primary and secondary schools isstudied, hope that through the combination of theoretical analysis and practicalinvestigation method, practical problems proved teacher’s personal knowledgemanagement in primary and secondary schools, analysis of the causes of formation ofthese problems, finally, puts forward a set of teacher’s personal knowledgemanagement effective methods and strategies. This paper mainly has thefollowing parts:The first part, introduction, introduces the definition of the research topic, researchstatus, research significance, research objectives, research contents, researchmethods and core concepts.The second part, the teacher’s personal knowledge management and relatedtheories, mainly expounds the connotation of teacher’s personal knowledge management, teacher’s personal knowledge management features, and the teacher’spersonal knowledge management theory model.The third part, analysis of the current situation of teacher’s personalknowledge management in primary and secondary schools, throughinvestigation, interview, describing the current K-12teachers’ personal knowledgemanagement, process, ways of intention and the existing problems, and in-depthanalysis of the causes of these problems.The fourth part, put forward the optimization strategy and operation methods ofteacher’s personal knowledge management in primary and middle schools, aiming at thepractical problems existing in the process of teacher’s personalknowledge management, this paper from the objective and subjective two aspects topropose the methods and Strategies of a series of teacher’s personal knowledgemanagement.
