Since human society entered in twenty-first Century, the informationsociety and the era of knowledge economy comes, lifelong learning and knowledgemanagement has become an important feature of the development of the times.Knowledge is a kind of important social resource and capital, have already causedpeople’s extensive concern, the accumulation of knowledge, application and innovationhas become the foundation and driving force of social development, knowledgemanagement emerge as the times require.
