Research On The Influencing Factors Of College Students' Personal Knowledge Management Ability

With the rapid development of information technology,the information age has gradually shifted to the era of knowledge economy,the knowledge and information has shown an explosive growth,and the rate of knowledge change has been accelerating.Abundant knowledge resources provide a new perspective and method for learners to solve all kinds of problems.At the same time,various kinds of knowledge are blended together to make learners face a new challenge,Although roaming in the ocean of knowledge,it is difficult to choose the knowledge needed.The demands for the organization and management of knowledge are becoming more and more popular,and a consensus has been reached among more people.Especially the golden age of college students during the rapid growth of knowledge,the use of personal knowledge management can not only meet the college students' expectation of knowledge management,but also improve their learning efficiency and indirectly improve their own competitiveness.For college students to be able to manage their personal knowledge skillfully,it is necessary to cultivate the corresponding personal knowledge management ability of college students.This paper focuses on the influence of relevant factors on the ability of personal knowledge management of college students,and provides a good reference for improving the personal knowledge management ability of college students.First of all,the related concepts and theories of personal knowledge management capabilities are elaborated based on the related literatures at home and abroad,which lays a theoretical foundation for exploring the research of personal knowledge management ability.Secondly,this paper makes a comprehensive discussion on the research status and hot spot of personal knowledge management ability in recent years,so as to determine the direction that this article should focus on.According to the characteristics and target tasks of college students summarize the structure of individual knowledge management ability,Based on the analysis of other scholars' influence factors,six influencing factors and research hypotheses are put forward: subject characteristics,self-efficacy,information literacy,community influence,learning environment and resource conditions.According to the influencing factors,the corresponding questionnaires were formulated.In order to get the accuracy and rigor of the questionnaire,firstly the questionnaire was preliminarily tested,the language and content of the questionnaire were modified and supplemented.And then,according to the formal questionnaire,the ability of personal knowledge management is deeply explored.through the difference to explore the relations and differences between different grades and subjects of college students,then through the correlation analysis and regression analysis to determine the impact and methods of six factors on the capacity of individual knowledge management,Then the structure equation model software was used to verify the mode of action of the influencing factors of the personal knowledge management ability and construct the corresponding structure model.Finally,the author makes a deep discussion on the conclusion of the study,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to improve the individual knowledge management ability of college students from the following aspects: subject characteristics,self-efficacy,information literacy,community influence,learning environment and resource conditions.
