Mathematics Learning Strategies are the procedures, rules, methods, skills and control methods of learners in mathematics learning activities. It can be implicit rule system and can also be explicit running program and procedures. A lot of researches indicate that cultivating students’ consciously and planned mathematics learning strategies can evidently improve their efficiency of learning mathematics. Meanwhile, cultivating students’ mathematics learning strategies is also the need of student life development and the requirement of new course reform. Therefore, the research on how to cultivate students’ mathematics learning strategies and how to improve students’ learning efficiency is a important subject of mathematics education study.This research is based on related learning strategy theory, rooted in mathematics learning strategy status of senior one students and take students’ needs for mathematics learning strategy as the objective. Firstly, research on senior one students, try to find out the mathematics learning strategy status of them from different angles of gender, nationality, and learning level and then analyze the otherness of different students on strategy status level. After that, deeply look into the basic condition of learning and application of students’ mathematics learning strategy in the way of interview. On the basis of this, try to construct cultivating mode of mathematics learning strategy of senior one students and have cultivation research according to this mode.After questionnaire survey and interview analysis of senior one students of Duan Middle School, we can conclude that:Ⅰ, senior one students’mathematics learning strategies have no significant difference on gender and nationality; senior one students’ mathematics learning strategies have significant difference on different graduate middle school, different learning level and different training level. On the basis of this experimental study and the method of speculative theory, I put forward the following suggestions:One, two wire type training, including strategy analysis, strategy of infiltration, strategy evaluation and strategies to maintain. Two, refined the cultivation into specific operation procedure.After cultivating senior one students in the mode of mathematics learning strategies that is constructed by the author consciously and according to plan, the strategy level and mathematics learning grade of the students have improved evidently.
