With the development of modern information technology and network technology, the popularity of electronic media in their lives, in the social, political, economic, cultural and other fields have left a mark on the media, media with highly developed tools, widely involved in the social life of every field, a unique cultural phenomenon-the media culture. Media Culture grass herbicides missing, essence and dross coexist, requiring students to learn to identify and appreciate the excellent culture media ingredients. Rapid social change and development, requiring students to learn effectively have access to valuable information on their own, learn to use the media to express themselves, exchange and cooperation with others, to become actively involved in a civil society. How do we respond to the request media education society, which is a serious problem. Changes in the social development of students proposed to adapt to the times of literacy-media literacy. Hong Kong and Taiwan and foreign language courses in media literacy, has gained great achievements and accumulated a wealth of experience in the domestic media literacy research and practice, particularly in terms of research disciplines still lags behind, learn from the existing results and experience, to provide a reference for the domestic culture media literacy research and practice.In this study, the perspective of language courses high school students to explore issues of media literacy training. In this study, the definition of media literacy is high school students, high school students acquire the relevant knowledge of the media, which can be a lot of clutter in the message, through screening, analysis, skills assessment information, valuable information; learn to distinguish the culture medium excellent ingredients and avoid adverse effects; grasp analysis of media texts, such as appreciation of literary texts, like, enjoy media texts; of media culture’s values and worldview behind critical of the spirit, the spirit of a rational culture; using integrated communication media ability to create media texts, self-expression.This paper combines the case, discussed the reality of media literacy in language courses in the presence of, respectively, conservatism, information technology Marxist doctrine and to examine the existence of the phenomenon.This paper from the target level, the teaching level, the evaluation level, raise, foster media literacy courses in the language the way forward. The target level, the development of curriculum objectives, highlighting the media literacy training objectives; in teaching level, the use of existing materials, conducting various forms of media activities focus on multiple evaluation; evaluation level, focusing on multiple evaluation, promote the development of students’media literacy.The paper also proposes strengthening the language discipline of media literacy research and practice, the education sector to develop media literacy standards media literacy training to provide training for teachers, eliminate misunderstandings suggested thinking of media literacy.
