Investigation Of "moving White Collar" Education Of Children Or Wife

As a special social sandwich layer，children of those mobile white-collar havecommon difficulties in both school learning and life with those children of migrantworkers when they are not at the place of domicile. Meanwhile，the differences from thevarious family choices are significant as well. By investigating and analyzing theeducation status of those children who move with their mobile white-collar parents inDalian High-tech zone，there are four factors that cannot be ignored，namely，thebarriers of "dual structure" household registration system，ineffective implementation of"two-oriented" policy，the different education qualities between places of shift-out andshift-in， work intensity of mobile white-collar parents，"high expectations but lowsupport" for their children. Accordingly，here are the proposals: on the one hand，institutional reform and establishment of effective mechanisms implementation shouldbe guaranteed; on the other hand，allocation of resources and utilization should be thesolution.
