With the rapid development of educational technology level, basic education hasbeen gradually moving towards Chinese informationization, the information literacy ofteachers of primary and middle schools has become the focus of education research. Atpresent, some academics on research of teachers information literacy achievement, butto have joined the "educational technology capability (primary)" after the training, andthe teachers’ information literacy status of primary school achievements are few,therefore, this research in such a background of in-depth analysis of the status quoinformation literacy of primary school teachers and the strategies to improve theinformation literacy of primary school teachers is very necessary, has the very strongtheory significance and the practice value.This study consists of four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, mainlyintroduces the origin, the definition of related concepts, research purpose andsignificance, research content and method, the theoretical basis for research andinnovation of the research; the second chapter is the research status at home and abroad,including research, the domestic research present situation and the the domestic andforeign research review on abroad; the third chapter is the analysis of the presentsituation of information literacy of primary school teachers, in the analysis of thecurrent situation and the training of primary school teachers put forward the primaryschool teachers in the existing problems in the training of information literacy; thefourth chapter is the present situation and problems in front of the strategy and methodof improving information literacy of primary school teachers. The last part is theconclusion.The research object of this research is the primary school teachers, the main content isthe analysis of the present situation of information literacy of primary school teachersand the strategies to improve the information literacy of primary school teachers, in thecourse of the study, through literature analysis of the basic connotation of informationliteracy of primary school teachers. And then conducted a questionnaire survey andinterviews, analysis of the existing training of information literacy of restricting factorsand primary school teachers to enhance the information literacy status of primary schoolteachers, primary school teachers’ information literacy problems in. Finally, accordingto the present situation and problems of the proposed strategy and method of improving information literacy of primary school teachers. Therefore, this study theoretically,professional teachers and related theory and primary school ascension can improvebasic education informatization theory. Practically speaking, this study proposes thestrategies and methods can provide some help and guidance for the new era to enhanceinformation literacy of primary school teachers.
