In the early stage of the professional development, new kindergarten teachers who enter the preschool education career have different experience to happiness. Their level of subjective well-being affects not only the work enthusiasm, efficiency, and education teaching quality, at the same time as the children’s "significant others" of physical and mental development, also can affect children’s physical and mental health growth, even affect children’s development in the future life. Research shows that subjective well-being is affected by lots of factors, work pressure is an important external factor that affects it. This study starts working on new kindergarten teachers’ work pressure and the research of subjective well-being, learning about this group’s work pressure and their subjective well-being of the status quo, to explore the influence of new kindergarten teachers’ work pressure on subjective well-being.This study of the new kindergarten teachers conducts by the way of questionnaires, issuing230copies of 《the new kindergarten teacher questionnaires》, recycling206copies of effective questionnaires, then using SPSS17.0statistical analysis to do a statistical analysis, and finally the study gets the general idea of the new teachers’work pressure and subjective well-being and reveals the influence of work pressure on subjective well-being. This study finds that:1. The new kindergarten teachers’work pressure has low to moderate level, their subjective well-being belongs to higher level, the level of job stress and subjective well-being will change depending on different age, working years, income groups.2. New kindergarten teachers’ work pressure and its dimensions have a significant negative correlation with subjective well-being, life satisfaction and positive emotions, a positive correlation with negative emotion.3.Work pressure and its dimensions have predictive functions to the new kindergarten teachers’ subjective well-being, and the three dimensions of psychological reaction, social factors, and professional development can well predict the new kindergarten teachers’ subjective well-being.On the basis of the results of the survey, this study proposes from three aspects of kindergarten, organizations and individuals:strengthen the pre-service training, promote the role conversion and professional development; the kindergarten should strengthen the humanistic care of new teachers and create a harmonious working atmosphere; the new teachers should knowing oneself correctly and be good at self-regulation from themselves.
