With the voices of teachers’ professional development research on the upsurge, rural teachers’ professional development is receiving the growing attention of educational researchers. But there is so little study on the rural teachers integrate of classroom teaching resources. As the leaders of classroom teaching, what is current situation about teachers integrate of classroom teaching resources in the classroom teaching situation? How the teacher effectively integrate the classroom teaching resources?How the effect of integration? These problems have come to the attention of scholars. In addition, the rural teachers are restricted from this rural particular geographical, which appearing regional differences between urban and rural areas,for example,in presenting methods in classroom teaching resources and utilizing methods.Starting from the perspective of resource view, based on the theory of the constituent elements of classroom teaching, this paper attempts to divide teaching resources into several dimensionalities, which respectively are teacher resources,student resources,teaching text and teaching enviromental resources. By these aspects, explore the integration of rural teachers in classroom teaching resources, and analyze its influence on rural teachers’professional development.The study selected C junior middle school in GuangXi as a sample,which practice the"Du Lang teaching mode".And after years of fusion, the "Du Lang teaching mode" has become localization in junior C middle school,which makes the school possesses the characteristics of the secondary school, and at the same time has its uniqueness.On the one hand, C junior middle school has been focusing on the effect of classroom teaching resources for the classroom teaching and integrate the classroom teaching resources in order to improve teaching efficiency like the other rural middle school, on the other hand, it integrates the guide learning case into the classroom teaching,which gives a new meaning and function to the traditional classroom teaching.So,to study the integration of classroom teaching resources in C junior middle school has important significance for the rural teachers’classroom teaching resources integration.This study mainly adopted the method of investigation and study, and specificlly through the methods of observation,questionnaire survey and depth interview to track observational syudying in C middle school for more than a month.To collect the data through a variety of ways such as the classroom lectures, teaching and researching activities, school meeting and so on. In addition to explore the situation of the teachers’integration of classroom teaching resources in the scene of teaching,the author can also observe the changes of the schools, teachers, students and teaching which are brought by the school culture environment, policy environment and teaching mode reform.Classroom teaching resources including students, teachers, text, resources, environment resources, such as a variety of resources.They are constitute an important part of classroom teaching resources and together with classroom teaching resources are the relationship between part and whole and they are interdependence, mutual transformation. Study the whole classroom teaching resources integration from the student, teacher resources, resources and environmental resources such as part of the whole text, explore the whole for the part of the research resources of the status quo, for classroom teaching resources of the whole integration possible.This study mainly divided into five parts.The fore four parts respectively discusses the teachers’integration of students in classroom teaching, teacher resources, text, resources and environment resources.From all kinds of teaching resources and teachers in the situations of present situation investigation to the classroom teaching of the integration of resources.Explore the C Middle School teachers in the process of classroom teaching resources integration of classroom teaching resources and classroom teaching.The development of professional development for teachers and students relations. Last part mainly summarize and reflection on the front of four parts.The study found that in the rural middle school, the teacher of classroom teaching resources integration by school policy, culture, economic condition, students’situation and their own influence in many aspects and teachers’integration of classroom teaching resources affect the effect of classroom teaching, students’learning and teachers’development. At the same time, teachers will be confronted with the integration of classroom teaching resources of all kinds of problems, such as the excessive dependence on the pattern of new, bad relationship between teachers and students, classroom text resources attention to reasons. Through the analysis of these problems to explore the factors behind the teachers’integration of classroom teaching resources to help teachers better integration of classroom teaching resources and to provide a little think to the success of classroom teaching.
