A Study On The Management Of College Teachers From The Perspective Of Gender

This study uses a methodology perspective of gender. Inequality of women in society is the core issue in the perspective of the situation. To improve this situation and to promote gender equality and freedom of all-round development is the perspective of the purpose. The reason why a gender perspective suitable for this study because of the following reasons:First, the purpose of gender research questions and research objectives of this study-Management of University Teachers should be "being" as a starting point coincide. Second, the gender perspective as a new research perspective can provide a new evaluation criteria for the management of University Teachers. Third, gender as an important academic field of higher education Western thought, not only to further expand the horizons of modern management of university teachers in theory, but in practice may also provide a new direction for our country to achieve gender equality in education.In this study, the following main aspects:first, through the management of university teachers and gender determination and certification of these two concepts, our study provides basic theoretical foundation. Second, from the historical dimension, analysis the development process of university teachers manage on horizontal and vertical. Third, from the theory, history and reality of the three levels of Management of University Teachers for gender reasons for the formation of in-depth analysis. Fourth, the theory and practice of university teachers managed to demonstrate, and the arguments put forward in this paper, the theory demands that gender-sensitive management of university teachers.
