| Since the1980s, China’s private education have been restored and developed。The policies about private education are constantly improving and developing. Nowadays, the competition in private high schools is becoming complicated:increasing competition, increasing the intensity of competition, the competition continues to expand. In order to gain a firm foothold in the fierce competition to win the advantage, private high schools must actively adapt to competition, to foster and enhance their core competitiveness, create sustainable competitive advantage.The author gets a lot of relevant information about the core competitiveness of private schools by interviews and questionnaires. The study finds that the core competitiveness of private schools are mainly composed by school characteristics, teachers, personnel training, school management, school inputs, external school six elements that constitute the environment. However, at present, private schools faced in foster and enhance the core competitiveness of the process with many issues, such as:the lack of school characteristics, faculty instability, personnel training quality is not high, the lack of scientific and rational management of the school, in addition, the shortage of school funding also restricts the development of private schools and a bottleneck.In order to improve core competitiveness, the private high school must build brand characteristics, take the characteristics of the road running; optimizing resource allocation, increase capital investment; play private institutional advantages, standardized school management; improve the selection of teachers appointed mechanism, focusing on teacher training, teacher professional, then promote growth and prevent the loss of teachers; student body, improve the overall quality of students, improve the quality of personnel training; strengthen publicity to raise social awareness, create a favorable external environment. |
