Research On Graduate Education Management System Of Local Colleges And Universities-

Local colleges and universities plays an important role in the graduate student education in our country, single from number:there more than80%graduate students is cultivated buy local colleges and universities, seeing from all our Chinese universities, cultivating graduate student. Facing the transformation of postgraduate education in our country, It is important theoretical and practical significance to discuss local university graduate education management system to improving the quality of graduate education, according to the local university characteristics, as well as the changing internal and external environment.In the first chapter, this paper analyses the research significance, clarify the research ideas and methods. Also it defined the core concept, such as "Local Colleges And Universities""Postgraduate Education""Management System". Here it also made an elaboration on "Contingency Theory" to build a framework for the analysis of the article.The second chapter analyses the basic problems of the graduate education management system should face under the framework of "Contingency Theory". And this analysis answered:first, what is the graduate student education, and how to engaged in postgraduate education management; Second, what is the characteristic of local graduate education, the transformation of postgraduate education in China at present stage; Third, the university graduate education management system how to innovate itself to adapt to the environment faced these internal and external environment, from the management organization, management system, leading system.It analyses the university graduate education management system in the third and forth chapter. We conclude something from the comparison between key college graduate school system, and the general local university graduate education management, in these perspective of the organization、system、leading system. In comprehensive comparison, analysis, and empirical interview we summarized the basic present situation of local university graduate education management system of our country. And found that there are some question in leadership、the organization and management system, which prevent the optimization of local university graduate education management system. In the fifth chapter, we put forward some suggestion which in view of the questions,we foundered, to improve the management system, from the arrangement of organization、system、operation management system and leadership.
