A Study On The Optimization Of Quality Management System In Post-graduate Education Based On Process Approach In Our Local Colleges

With the rapid development of the scale of our post-graduate education, the quality of post-graduate has become a focus of attention of the whole society. In the post-graduate training institutions, there are some training institutions including the institutions directly under the national ministries,985 and 211 engineering colleges. They have improved greatly in education quality, scientific research, management level and school-running benefit, especially in educational reform, after the stage key construction of our state. However, compared with them, local colleges which accounted for most of post-graduate training institutions have been invested less money and concern than these colleges, and the question in their postgraduate education or management are become obviously. How to ensure the quality of postgraduate education in local colleges under the conditions of the existing resources becomes the primary objective for the local college. It is important for local colleges to look for the accurate objective point in implementing quality management time. Therefore, the article devotes to systematically optimize post-graduate quality management system of local colleges using process approach.This study is divided into four parts. The first section introduces the topics of the background and significance, literature review and research ideas and methods of this study. The second part describes the main theoretical basis. Describe the meaning of quality management system and some methods of construction. And then analyze the application of process approach in the quality management system. Parts III will analysis the survey results with the way of descriptive statistics, and Point out the quality of education in local colleges, some problems in the quality management, then conduct a simple analysis of the reasons for the problem. Describe the basic requirements of local college for post-graduate education quality management system optimization. Point out the fact of lack of Graduate School in local college, and add a subject of post-graduate management to local college, then reconstruct process-based quality management system. Optimize the post-graduate Quality Management System in local college to improve the training quality of post-graduate in local college.The article accurately grasps the objective point on quality management research of post-graduate quality management in locall colleges. And systematically recognizes and manages the process and mutual function between processes in local colleges. The article pays great attention to the serviceability on theory application, is not firmly imitates enterprise's procedure, but links to actual circumstance of local colleges when controlling teaching quality.
