With the popularization of Internet and information technology and the rapid development, new learning methods emerge as the times require, therefore, network training of teachers provides the opportunity and direction for teacher professional learning. The teachers communities of practice as to promote teachers’ professional development platform, provides a good learning environment for teachers, to improve the construction of teacher knowledge. Therefore, in order to improve teachers’knowledge construction level, searching influencing factors of knowledge becomes the key point.The study on the basis of literature research, combine with interviews to determine the influence factors from the teachers themselves:learning motivation, self-reflective ability, teaching experience and from external environments:Interpersonal social, learning situation and platform resources, then putting forward to a knowledge construction influence factor model."In teachers in communities of practice COP project", Beijing Dong cheng District and Shandong in Wei hai province by the District13schools conducted a questionnaire survey, using structural equation analysis of fitting test and validity of hypothesis model method. Finally, on the basis of this model to create an environment for Shandong Wei hai district schools do have specific activities, and teachers on activities carried out achievement effect evaluation by the method of content analysis, in order to test the concept model in the furture.The result shows that:learning motivation, self-reflective ability, teaching experience, Interpersonal social, learning situation, platform resources on the knowledge construction has positive effect. The evaluation results on the knowledge construction model of influence factors for further verification, results shows that knowledge construction level of whole teachers are showing a rising trend, and knowledge construction level of the novice teachers, the qualified teachers and the mature teachers in three different style teachers are also appeared different degree of upgrading, especially the competent teachers knowledge construction level is the most obvious. The influence of design model of knowledge construction activities indeed for teachers to construct knowledge level is promoted based on the conceptual model, which has a certain guiding significance, but still lack of high level knowledge construction. This is also a problem need further study.
