| Since the basic education curriculum reform, the importance of getting the operation biology practical operation has caused widespread concern. And the period of in high school is important for students to form capacities. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate high school biology practical operation in order to achieve the basic concept of the basic education curriculum reform in a better way and to improve the biological literacy of students.The questionnaires, interviews, observation and mathematical analysis are mainly adapted in this study. The research objects are some of the biological teachers of high school and students from Yantai and Tengzhou. Firstly, the author makes use the ways of questionnaires and preparation of teaching practices and some others to obtain the relevant data, and then analyzes, summarizes, and gets the corresponding conclusion. Secondly, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures after reading relevant literature. And finally, the author designs high school biology practical operating cases to help high school biology teachers.By surveying and interviewing, the author finds that there are some problems of high school biology practical operations:(1) teachers and students lack the knowledge of biology practical operations as well as the support from school and other aspects is not enough (2) affected by the current college entrance examination system, teachers lack the motivation of implementing practical operations (3) the implementation of the high school biology practical operation is low in mount and categories (4) with less time to implement practical operation, students lack motivation (5) high school biology practical operations are generally fussy to operate and time-consuming.To deal with the existing problems, the author puts forward the following measures:(1) strengthening the study of the practical operation-related theories (2) improving teachers’ assigning motivations and students’ completing biology practical operations (3) creating relaxed and rigorous environment for the students to implement practical operations (4) requiring teachers to make biology practical operations implementation plan (5) designing developmental principles of the high school biology practical operations (6) understanding correctly of the complexity of the high school biology practical operation and looking actively for junction entrance exam items and biology practical operations. Finally, according to the developmental principle of high school biology practical operation, four cases of biology practical operation were designed for front-line teachers. In addition, in order to better refine the study, this paper proposes further research ideas. |
