Nowadays the society moral standards and moral judgment becomes relative,there are all kinds of moral mutual collision, and value conflict impact the middleschool students’ ability of moral judgment, make them feel the moral confusion, evenappear moral anomie phenomenon. How to make students get a clear understanding inthe "circuit" of moral maze, make rational judgment, and right choice, improvestudents’ analysis, identification and judgment ability, resist errors, it is veryimportant to set up the correct values of the world and the life. Facing the complexsocial environment, what school moral education can do is to make students masterthe thinking method, training their analysis, identification and judgment ability, toadapt to the social environment, adhere to in the right direction, resist errorconsciously. Therefore, it is the primary task of the current school moral educationcurriculum that helps the middle school student to form independent moral judgmentability. Full text is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction.Discussing concrete of the problem and theresearch significance, research status at home and abroad, research methods, researchdifficulty and innovation points.The second part detailed discusses the theories of moral judgment ability indetail. Firstly, interpretation of the concepts of moral judgment ability, explainedmainly from the moral capacity, moral judgment, moral judgment ability. The moralability is the ability that people in the process of moral activities to use their ownmoral thinking, based on the analysis of various moral, knowledge, to judge moralquestions and make a choice, at last implementation of moral behavior. Moraljudgment express the moral requirements of certain society, class or group, clear somemoral values and the moral responsibility of the main parties. So, the moral judgmentis people to certain moral norms, use their own moral thinking and moral knowledgeto make a judgment of right and wrong, good and evil. Moral judgment ability isformed by the junction of moral judgment and moral ability has the ability of impliedtendentiousness, it is based on the scientific moral awareness, moral knowledge, fully analysis moral problem to make the right of right and wrong, good and evil andevaluation. Secondly, analyses form the components of moral judgment ability, moralidentification ability, moral evaluation ability, moral critical ability. Thirdly, analyzedthe moral judgment will be affected by factors of moral knowledge, moral emotionand moral will. Finally, come to value the ability of moral judgment based on theabove discussion. Moral judgment ability and other ability constitute the organicsystem of moral ability, moral judgment ability is the precondition for the moraljudgment and behavior; moral judgment ability regulate people’s moral behavior;moral judgment ability is the key to the students form good ideology and moralcharacter.The third part is the analysis the necessity of cultivating the moral judgmentability of student. Firstly, it is the needs of current situation of the developmentcontemporary students’ moral judgment ability. In the face of the emotionalweakening of moral pluralism society, students with poor willpower will appeardecline of moral judgment ability, Mainly displays in: lack moral analysis ability,moral identification ability lower, the resolution of moral critical spirit. Secondly, it isthe needs of moral education development, paying attention to the existing ethicsteaching, ignoring the cultivation of moral judgment ability; inculcating prevent theformation and improve of students’ moral judgment ability; paying attention to therational factors, ignoring the irrational factors in the course of forming students’ moraljudgment ability. Using the fictional situational, ignoring the real situation of middleschool students to enhance the ability of moral judgment.The fourth part explores the methods of training the middle school students’ability of moral judgment in practical level. Firstly, transformation of the mode ofteaching, improve students moral judgment during the moral judgment activities. ayattention to the transformation from teachers to guide, regular the motivation ofstudents moral judgment; stimulate students thinking, critical potential with the modelof value analysis; establish an open and democratic relationship between teachers andstudents. Strengthen the awareness of students self judgment. Secondly, let thestudents based on the real moral life to conduct moral judgment practice activities. Improve students’ ability to distinguish between right and wrong, good and evil in themoral situation; let the students fully participate in social activities to train the abilityof independent judgment through a variety of role playing; understand the real lifeenhancing moral will, to promote students from perceptual judgment to rise to therational judgment. Thirdly, combine outside the education guidance and self judgmentto transformation of the mode of cultivating. Formultiple background, social moral status is increasingly worrying, in the school moraleducation think highly of the cultivation of moral judgment ability, has ansignificance of the development of the individual and to social stability.
