Academic Cheating in colleges and universities is the common form of immoral behaviors, and there have been studies showing the moral can affect the frequency of Academic Cheating, but how the moral to influence the academic cheating is still controversial. This study examines the relationship among Moral Judgment, Moral Self Identity and Academic Cheating.The research mainly adopts the questionnaire investigation method, and selects randomly782students from sophomore to senior of Sichuan Normal University, Chengdu University, Xihua University, Sichuan Normal University School of Arts and Sciences, and proves the Moral Judgment and Moral Self Identity have significant interaction to studies. Through the analysis of data, the results of the study are as follows:1. As much as94.3%of the college students’ test report in the last school year appeared academic cheating. Academic Cheating of University students have a significant gender difference, and the cheating frequency of girls could be significantly less than the boys’. Academic Cheating of University students have a significant grade difference, and the Academic Cheating frequency of junior and senior could be significantly higher than the frequency of sophomore, and the Academic Cheating frequency of senior could be significantly higher than the frequency of junior.2. Moral Judgment Ability of University students would have a significant gender differences, and morals judgment ability of boys could be better than girls’. Moral Judgment ability of University students would have a significant grade difference, and Moral Judgment Ability of junior would be significant weaker than the ability of sophomore and senior.3. University student could have stable Moral Self Identity. Moral Self Identity could not have a gender difference, so Moral Self Identity of the girls and the boys could have reached a relatively stable state. Moral Self Identity of University students would have a significant grade difference, and Moral Self Identity of senior and sophomore could be better than junior’s.4. Moral judgment and Moral self identity have a significant positive correlation, r=.31; Moral judgment and Academic Cheating have a significant negative correlation, r=-.32; Moral self identity and Academic Cheating have a significant negative correlation, r=-.30; Moral judgment and Moral self identity have a significant interaction to Academic Cheating.5.
