In spring training phase maximum power and strengthendurance suffered different degrees of decline, the analysis may be due to the conversion ofland and water training arrangements with the coaches too much water arranged technicaltraining, strength training proportion decreased, resulting in strength training effect isreduced. The maximum power and strength endurance athletes before the stage have beenimproved to some extent, indicating that as the game approaches, in order to improve theability of special athletes, strength training increases the proportion of larger load strength,power quality athletes in this stage is improved.(2) VO2max declined in winter training phase, probably because a large amount oftraining athletes in the Winter accumulation of body function caused by the emergence offatigue. In spring training stage before the stage and VO2max were improved. However,modest growth, VO2max may be affected by genetic factors is relatively large, mVO2max didnot change significantly.
