Primary writing practice teaching is the foundation of student writing skills, and thesecondary phase (which means grades3-4in primary school) is the basis of foundation as theinitial stage of writing practice teaching. Although experts, scholars and first-line teachershave done a lot of exploration and research about the secondary phase writing practiceteaching and gained certain achievements, there are still some problems and deficiencies leadto ineffective teaching. The author made an objective analysis which aim at existing problemsof this phase’s writing practice teaching and attempted to explore that how to implement onimproving writing skills according to reading, seeking for effective strategies of it on thebasis of previous studies. This paper focuses on the development of students’ accomplishmenton language and literature in order to improve the secondary phase students’ writing skills,making reading teaching to the point in writing perspective, and exploring feasible strategiesof effective transformation on reading and writing from the different dimensions of thinkingtraining, language training, etc.This paper is divided into four chapters; the first chapter summarizes research status,makes a thorough analysis about existing problems of secondary phase’s writing practiceteaching and further defines the contents of this research subject. The second chapter mainlyexplains the connotation, psychological mechanism and principle of improving writing skillsaccording to reading in the secondary phase writing practice teaching. The third chapter is thekey point of this paper, which detailedly demonstrates the point of how to implement thestrategy of improving writing skills according to reading. The strategies implementationthrough three perspectives to explain, there are cultivating the students’ observations, trainingthe students’ language expressions and developing the students’ thinking abilities respectively,which depend on secondary phase Chinese textbook of Beijing Normal University Editionand synthesize specific reading and writing training methods by collating teaching cases mayinfluence class teaching practice activities as playing reference roles. The fourth chapter is tosupplement and analyze the conditions of the effective implement about improving writingskills according to reading, discussing the strategy from schools, teachers and students inthree aspects respectively.
