With a new round of basic education curriculum reform step by step and in-depthdevelopment,physics teaching is facing unprecedented challenges and change. Needless tosay, those who play an important role in the teaching of physical can not avoid the enormouschallenge and impact that stem from new curriculum reform. Studies have shown thatteaching reflection is the best way to achieve the effect of teachers’ professional developmentand to win the teaching effect,improving the overall quality of secondary schoolteachers,which play a significant role in promotion of overall quality of secondary schoolteachers. Therefore, Choose to study high school physics teachers’ teaching reflection abilityis of great significance.In this study, the author uses literature method, questionnaire survey method andinterview method as the main research method,and uses self questionnaire as a research tool,taking a random sampling method to extract Rural nine high school physics teachers as part ofthe survey. Basic situation around the study main research object, the teaching reflectioncognitive situation and ways of teaching reflection, content of teaching reflection and teachingreflection time and influence factors in the investigation. Through the survey found that:①high school physics teachers who are in Lin Zhang area have a low education theory literacyand they are short of understanding of the role of teaching reflection;②lack of continuity inteaching reflection time scattered,which is mostly concentrated in the after-school;③teaching reflection is superficial and lack of breadth and depth,which did not rise to the levelof theory for analysis; most ways.④Most of the ways of teaching reflection stem from morethe perspective of self and students, than the perspective of literature and colleagues. To solvethe above problems, the author has carried on the detailed analysis of the result of theinvestigation from the different dimensions, and put forward some constructive advice:①Tostrengthen the education theories of learning and to enhance the teaching reflectionconsciousness;②To consummate the relevant institution of teaching reflection and to createatmosphere of teaching reflection;③To strengthen teaching reflection training and to improve teachers’ ability to reflection;④To increase education funding and to improveteaching conditions.In this paper, take as an example Lin Zhang in hebei province,the teaching reflectionability of high school physics teacher were investigated and analyzed, and then reflect on thepromotion of physical education teachers in rural secondary school teachers, to provide areference and to provide a theoretical basis for the basic education policy makers.
