In order to provide reference for teaching practice and guide teaching practice, effective teaching theory has been studied by education researchers since1950s.Under the background of the unceasingly thorough new round reform of curriculum, education researchers set out to seek for and explore the methods and ways to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, in order to achieve better teaching effect. The effectiveness of classroom lead-in, which is the primary part of classroom teaching, directly influences the achievement of the goal and subsequent teaching, and is an important link influencing the effectiveness of classroom teaching. So discussing how to establish effective classroom leading-in is of great significance to carry out effective teaching. Curriculum in the new period is more complex than ever before. To establish the effective lead-in so as to promote effective teaching, the teachers are required to be adapted to the development of curriculum reform and have a deep and correct understanding of effective lead-in in the process of the new curriculum implementation. The teacher should conduct actively the reflection of teaching and improve the capability of lead-in through continuous teaching reflection. Therefore, only when teachers conduct the accurate reflection actively in the process of teaching activities can they achieve continuous professional development. Along with the continuous development of teachers, the effective teaching behavior comes into being. The more effective the teachers’ teaching behavior, the better teaching effect can classroom lead-in gain. As teacher’s individual professional knowledge and teaching experience is often limited, and here is also a lack of understanding of the concept of effective teaching, so. teachers’ reflection needs effective supervision and guidance.The study detailed the definition, features, creation method and implementation strategy of effective classroom lead-in, discussed the mode of teaching reflection. The key point of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the scheme and framework of teaching reflection which could help teachers improve the effectiveness of classroom lead-in by using this scheme and framework of teaching reflection. This framework is based on the middle school physics teachers’ present situation of lead-in and the results of the investigation of the status quo of the teaching reflection, and research on a large number of literatures. Through the establishment of this framework, this paper studied the planning, action, review, analysis and evaluation in classroom to probe into the scheme of teachers’ introspection that include four links; it have been deeply probed into which include the effective introduction function, creating method, implementing strategy and so on. By discussing the content above and make a definition of the effectiveness of classroom lead-in, the study demonstrates that the effective lead-in can not only lead to the students’ interest in learning, stimulate students’ learning motivation, and help students to quickly enter the learning state, but also can arouse the students’ original knowledge, help students to establish connection between the old and new knowledge, which can help students learn new knowledge. Mentioned in the present study which refers to establish the framework will take into the empirical research, the empirical research results show that this framework can help teachers have a deeply cognition of effective lead-in and master the methods of creating effective lead-in in the introduction link, so as to help teachers find their problems by analyzing their problems about the conception, lesson preparation, teaching, review, improvement and have a improvement plan on introduction. It follows that teachers can evaluate their effectiveness of classroom lead-in directly by using this, framework to reasonably. review their teaching behavior in the lead-in link. Teachers can improve the effectiveness of the classroom lead-in by the ways above, so as to develop their own professional skills, promote effective teaching step continuously.
