The new compulsory education policies aim to resolve the problems that students can’t afford to go to school and receive a good education. The new compulsory education policies pave the way for students to receive a good education, however in poor areas children are still labors with heavy domestic work and agricultural industries to undertake. In addition, some parents’ backward cultural concepts also restrict the children’s attitude to education and their education degree. Secondly, the poor school conditions are unable to meet the requirements of normal learning; Teachers’ low level of expertise, poor teaching methods and dull classroom learning atmosphere can not mobilize the enthusiasm of the students; The culture differences between the Dong and Han, along to the unadaption to urbanization education cause the students with learning difficulties, then produce anti-learning temper; School education can not meet the educational needs of the majority, therefore uselessness of study theory becomes popular. All of these are the main reasons for dropout behavior of students. Finally, the junior are through physical and mental development of adolescence, vulnerable to Distractions, temptations. Absence of family education and school guidance increase the possibility of their dropout. It can not deny that new compulsory education policies make dropout conditions better than ever, however this problem doesn’t get fundamental solution.
