Junior high school law mainly involved in junior high school curriculum reform law disciplines of education thought, education idea, education content, education structure, education method, education evaluation, education management etc. Stand at the height of philosophy, legal subject junior high school is the intellectual education and moral education unity within the dominant moral education courses. On students’moral education, legal education, social responsibility education, patriotism education and mental health education at the same time, also inspire the students’creative thinking ability, improve the students to analyze problems, find problems, observation, problem solving process. At the same time in the process of learning of junior middle school law subjects the innovative thinking ability to exercise is in the form of other related disciplines are required. But long-term formation of the inertia of the non-computer majors education, make the junior middle school thought moral myself a door "said to teach", how to make the junior middle school legal discipline teaching scenario, socialization and life? How to reflect the personalized teaching in junior middle school legal discipline teaching? How to cultivate students’innovative thinking ability of the junior middle school legal discipline?......
