"Let the track back to life", to explore and Ponder on the track and field teaching from the angle of life, has become a hot topic, this phenomenon is the lack of emotion, the traditional track and field teaching in a reflection, criticism and life can not contact closely based on, is thinking about the relationship between track and field and the living body reason, is also a call to return to the life of the original meaning of track and field.In this study,"education is life" theory as the main theoretical basis, using the method of literature and logical analysis as the main research means, in the present objective premise schools under the background of new curriculum classroom actual situation of track and field teaching in school next, with theory of natural education, life education theory, theoretical analysis of bi-directional construction root of the current track and field teaching in primary and secondary schools. In order to track and field teaching in primary and middle schools at present to find ways out of difficulties, to provide theoretical guidance for the theory and practice of track and field teaching strategies, reference and function of primary and secondary school track and field teaching reform, so as to improve the timeliness of track and field teaching in primary and secondary schools, have a positive impact on the track and field teaching in primary and middle schools, the formation of the new way of life of the classroom teaching of track and field.This paper mainly launches the research from the following parts:The reason of the first part of the introduction, the scope of this topic from the current situation of track and field teaching in primary and secondary schools and the significance. The second part is the connotation of track and field teaching life in elementary and middle schools and the theory basis, the reform of track and field teaching in primary and secondary schools should find support in the education theory firstly, according to the characteristics of track and field teaching in primary and middle school in track and field teaching practice deep understanding and reflection, and then get some inspiration in ideological education theory. The third part examines the present situation of track and field teaching in primary and secondary schools and reflection. The fourth part is the interpretation of life track and field teaching in primary and secondary schools from the orientation of track and field, returning to the life world track and field teaching philosophy and life of track and field teaching in primary schools and middle schools should follow four principles. Research on teaching strategies and teaching experience in track and field teaching life in primary and secondary schools in the fifth part, which includes four aspects of track and field teaching goal, content, process, evaluation of life etc..The conclusion part is a conclusion of the whole research perspective, theory construction, systematic review. Inductive analysis research are insufficient, and Reflection on the research process, puts forward some thoughts and in the follow-up research may involve problems for further research on this topic, a clear direction.
