With the high-speed development of information technology, emerging multiple new media, new technology is changing the way we live and learn, and information technology education has become a major trend in today’s educational development. Traditional "blackboard+chalk" teaching method can not meet the needs of teaching, now."Computer+Projector" multimedia assisted teaching to some extent, though enrich our teaching, yet it exists deficiency just like that lack of interactivity, interoperability, generation, Etc.In this context, the interactive whiteboard emerged as a new information technology, not only inherits the advantages of the traditional "blackboard+chalk" teaching mode, but also to make up for the lack of "computer+projector" mode for classroom teachers and students, students’interaction provides a good environment to stimulate students’ interest in learning mathematics and improve learning efficiency.There are currently our primary and secondary schools in a very prominent issue that teachers are very hard to teach, students learn very painful, many students do not get proper development of innovative consciousness and ability to be submerged in the endless sea of questions among math learning to become a heavy burden on primary and secondary students. Reduce students’knowledge of mathematics learning and the heavy psychological burden, current education has become an important issue to be solved, but also the implementation of key quality mathematics education. Improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, the classroom is to achieve efficient and effective way to solve the problem. Effective teaching is a scientific, rational teaching, research how to use an interactive whiteboard to achieve efficient elementary school mathematics classroom, will help reduce the burden on students learning mathematics, mathematics teaching to improve efficiency.This thesis uses a literature research, action research, case study method, starting from the interactive whiteboard functionality, select compulsory elementary school mathematics classroom for the study, combined with elementary school mathematics classroom teaching interactive whiteboard environment instance, to find a reasonable and efficient use of primary mathematics classroom whiteboard to achieve an effective way for teachers to use the whiteboard teaching to provide a reference to facilitate the integration of information technology and elementary mathematics, elementary mathematics teaching to promote reform and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.1. describes the background and significance, research methods2. of this paper.
