The Study On Tourism Specialty Talent-cultivation Mode Of Hainan Colleges And Universities

In the wake of the speeding up of the International Tourism Island Construction, tourism has been the significant industry which obviously promotes the economic development and stimulates employment, as well as one of the most developed and largest industries in Hainan. In the meantime, in tourism industry, the requirement of tourism talents has been improved. Not only the demand of grassroots tourism talents has been further expanded, but the demand of middle and senior tourism talents has been increased sharply. Nevertheless, according to the development of Hainan tourism, the mismatch of tourism talent-cultivation of colleges and universities and talent-demand of tourism market has become more and more serious, which restricts the sustainable development of Hainan tourism.Obviously, the tourism talent-cultivation should be based on and serve the talent-demand in tourism market. Therefore, the discussion of talent-cultivation target and mode of Hainan colleges and universities should be in the light of talent-demand and demand trend of local tourism enterprises. on the basis of in-depth investigation and interview about talent-cultivation target and mode of Hainan colleges and universities, this paper distributed75questionnaires to Hainan tourism enterprises and carried on the statistical analysis about the problem between tourism talent-demand and talent-supply. Meanwhile, after comparing the oversea and domestic talent-cultivation modes and drawing lessons from the overseas successful experiences, this paper set up a new one for Hainan tourism talent-cultivation, which consisted of these following aspects:talent-cultivation target, professional curriculum design, teaching method, practical teaching and so on, in order to provide theoretical foundation and decision-making reference to Hainan talent-cultivation. The detailed contents are as follows:Chapter one:through analyzing the demand background of Hainan tourism talent-cultivation, to put forward the purpose, significance and methods of this paper; Chapter two:to define the connotation and denotation of talent-cultivation mode scientifically and systematically state the current situation of the researches about tourism talent-cultivation both domestic and overseas by the means of literature reviewing, in order to provide fundamental basis for the research of Hainan tourism talent-cultivation mode; Chapter three and chapter four:to analyze the developing situation of Hainan tourism talent-cultivation mode and analyze the basic capacity, quality and knowledge that the talents in Hainan tourism market should be equipped with, then to analyze the overseas successful talent-cultivation mode and point out that the tourism talent-cultivation is facing some problems, such as the mismatch of demand and supply, the lack of international teaching ideal and the unformed chain of industry-university-research cooperation; Chapter five, based on the above, to build a new talent-cultivation mode from the following aspects:cultivation target, professional curriculum design, teaching method and practical teaching.
