Into the twenty-first Century, science and technology in different fields.Emphasis on "combined with the words of art and technology" has become more and more fierce, with the new art media, new viewpoint, the new media art has become the trend of globalization. Its rapid development is facing a new challenge to the modern fine arts education, great changes took place ininternational art education goal,"creativity" culture has become the core of art education. Held since2006in the "world art conference" and since2008"World Chinese art education seminar","innovation" has become the center of discussion. To the art and science of intersection of new media art isinnovative and challenging art. The new media art creation into art education in junior middle schools, help students understand the organic connection between art and science, the flexible use of knowledge to design thedisciplines of program of activities, to expand their imagination space, training students’ innovation consciousness and practical ability, stimulate the desire to explore the student to the unknown field. The introduction of the curriculum,meet the psychological development of students, consistent with the law of development of art education to keep pace with the times, is a new attempt in middle school fine arts education.This paper tries to explore the practical value of new media art in junior high school art course, according to the relevant domestic and foreign research data, see the new achievement of new ideas and teaching reference andabsorption of education and teaching, combined with the concept of new course standard, the development of school-based curriculum, into the new media art junior art course. This study focused on the new media fromtechnology to art level do effective change, emphasizing the humanity education of learning in the new media art, cultivating students’ curiosity,exploration, innovation spirit, promote students’ artistic creativity and personal emotions, attitudes, values and development. As a practice, provide effective method for every teaching link. From the macro point of view to illustrate thenew media art to bring some changes in art education in junior middle school,feasibility and necessity of the implementation in the art curriculum of junior middle school in our country, and put forward feasible scheme specificchanges, some more new media art into the junior high school art education in the future.
