In the context of the education informationization developing, more and more attention has be paid to construct the high quality teacher troop, the application ability of teaching media is an important part of teacher teachers’ability, it also be emphasized in the same way with the information age. As the prospective teachers in the information age, normal students should master not only the knowledge of academic disciplines but also education technology ability. In order to improve the students’teaching media application ability, our school has set up the modern education technology experimental curriculum, with a variety of teaching media, the experimental curriculum provide the practical opportunity for the students in order to improve students’application ability of teaching media, form the consciousness of applied effectively teaching media in teaching. In recent years, the interactive electronic whiteboard more and more widely applied in primary and secondary schools, according to the situation our school add to the interactive electronic whiteboard experiment in modern education technology experiment, however the experiment teaching effect is not ideal, and the reason as follows:class time is short; the weakness of students’ original knowledge base; students’ inquiry too much, ignore the teacher’s leading role; lack of teaching resources in the application.Teacher TPACK knowledge framework is raised with reflecting the weakness of WebQuest and TELS, it is the depth of thinking about integrating technology into the teaching process to promote students’ learning, it tries to correct the trend of only emphasized on technology or student application and ignored teachers’ guiding role of the first two stages in the process of teaching, emphasized in the cross of technology. teaching method and teaching content to look for a solution to the problem of teaching, This research will apply the TPACK framework in the interactive electronic whiteboard experimental project, from the aspects such as teaching resources, teaching strategy, technical support we design experiment teaching, and on this basis to carry out the action research, constantly find problems, improve the experimental teaching design of the project, try to solve the problems existing in the teaching,thus improve students’ application ability of teaching media, according to the research practice we summarizes the principles which the TPACK framework is applied in modern education technology experiment. This article is divided into five chapters, the main content of the chapters are as follows:The first chapter introduced the paper selected topic background, on the basis of analyzing the research status at home and abroad, the significance of this research, research methods and the designed research plan.The second chapter summarizes the theoretical basis of this study, including the TPACK framework, learning community theory, situated cognition theory, analysis and discuss on the substance and the guiding significance of these theories.The third chapter introduces detailed how to design the experimental teaching interactive electronic whiteboard under the guidance of TPACK framework, while absorbing the essence of learning community theory, situated cognition theory. Experimental teaching design is on the basis of the analysis of characteristics of learners, learning needs, learning objectives, and then from the three aspects of teaching learning content, teaching method, technical support to the detailed design process, and teaching evaluation methods are briefly introduced, and finally form the experimental teaching design based on TPACK (interactive electronic whiteboard experiment contents for example).The fourth chapter introduced the action research of applied the design of the experimental teaching. This study carried out two rounds of action research, this study adopts questionnaire survey, interviews, questionnaire evaluation and writing learning reflection these methods to collect relevant data of learning effect and feedback information of learning effect, and then analyze the influence of TPACK framework on learners teaching media application ability.The fifth chapter summary the whole research process, reflects the lack of the process of research, and discusses the future research work.
