Full-time Master of Education pilot since2010has achieved rapid development through the integration of the university campus educational resources, innovation and improvement of full-time Master of Education during pilot training mode, the current full-time enrollment in the Master of Education in the country steady expansion, the training system is gradually improving, received wide acclaim. Through the establishment of full-time master’s degree in education, adapted to the rapid development of China’s education needs of high-end talent, not only can carry more professional, standardized personnel for primary and secondary school teachers, but also conducive to a sound system of professional master’s degree training, improve graduate current personnel structure and ease the growing tension college employment.Through the integrated use of research methods literature questionnaires, interviews and case studies investigating ways to SX University, for example, the training model of domestic full-time Master of Education in-depth questionnaire and interview survey, a comprehensive analysis of the full-SX University Master of education and training system of the status quo, the problems in the process of training and full-time Master of the main factors affect the quality of education and training, on the basis of suggestions for Master of full-time education and training system.Through research on the SX University Master of full-time education training, find that the presence of master school full-time education is not clearly defined training objectives, curriculum setting is not reasonable, teaching quality assessment and protection mechanisms are inadequate, as well as practical training to be strengthening and other issues.Studies have shown that full-time Master of Education have a rich theoretical support; want to change the government authorities, institutions at all levels, teachers and students ideas, establish importance Applied Talents educational philosophy; to highlight the practical courses, reform practice teaching model, build a " two-way interactive three-able " training mode; to implement dual supervisor system, improve internal and external quality assurance system for full-time education and training of Masters. Through the implementation of these initiatives, full-time Master of Education in order to develop a more complete model, in order to deliver more for our professional team of teachers, in order to promote the prosperity of China’s educational undertakings.
