Full-time Master of Engineering as a new type of personnel training, China lack of relevant expericence. However, China has cultured more than ten years of engineering master's training, for our country just beginning to train full-time Master of Engineering to provide a reference. Cultivating mode directly affects the quality of training personnel, the construction of cultivating mode is also a system, complex projects, cultivating mode itself includes a number of areas, including cultivating objectives, cultivating process and quality management.The thesis begins with the theory about full-time Master of Engineering, analysis the difference between of full-time Master of Engineering and previous Master of Engineering,the characteristics of full-time Master of Engineering students,discussing full-time Master of Engineering to personnel structure.Analysis the characteristics of past cultivating model of engineering, the background of development of full-time Master of Engineering.Comparing the culting programs of current full-time Master of Engineering in China, and through case studies and literature, analysis the present situation of our full-time Masters of Engineering. Summarize our full-time Master of Engineering cultiving problems and may in future training problems. Finally, inspired by our previous experience on cultivating of Master of Engineering and the experience of the United States of cultivating Master of Engineering, propose the countermeasures of constructing the cultivating model of full-time Master of Engineering.
