| As the higher education has been transiting from the elite to the mass in China, the contradiction between students’number and quality has become much obvious, which gradually becomes the attention focus of the society. Meanwhile, as the highest level of the higher education, the graduate education’s degree structure has been constantly adjusted, and then the full-time education master degree emerges. The class teaching, which is one of the specific working ways universities to use, has a great influence on the practical skills, the research and innovation abilities of the full-time education masters, and it is also an important way to highlight the special educational goal and the special career requirement. Thus, in order to ensure and enhance the quality of class teaching, to monitor it is a significant realistic way.With this in mind, the essay firstly analyses the three elements of class teaching quality monitoring---the subjects, the objects and the process, and the circulatory specific steps according to the Total Quality Management theory and the Diming Cycle theory. Secondly, the paper analyses the present class teaching quality condition of full-time education masters with questionnaire survey and class track, and it finds that there are some problems:the whole structure of teachers’abilities is single, and some teachers even don’t take class teaching seriously, there are lot of words spoken by teachers but little interaction between students; the students’group constitution is very complex, and their study attitude is not very well with strong utility thoughts in their minds; the capital construction of class teaching is not perfect too, such as the curriculum arrangement is not s reasonable, the microteaching classroom and the practice teaching base tightly lack, whose number don’t correspond to the students’number, and it lacks class teaching organization and management, especially the evaluation and feedback systems move very slowly. At the end, the thesis gives advice on how to carry out class teaching monitoring:to perfect the organization construction of class teaching monitoring, including the monitoring team and the monitoring regulation; to clear the objects such as teachers’teaching activities, students’learning activities, teaching capital construction and management; to put into practice the monitoring steps, at the beginning to analyze the existing condition, set the goals, choose the scheme and draw up the measures, in the process to carry out the measures and check the effects, and at the end to deal with the problems. |
