In more than a month of nine kilometers primary school more than a month of school practice, found in deep and teachers, parents, and students to exchange and questionnaire survey, with the higher grades, students learning enthusiasm in art class decreased obviously, especially high grade. Primary school in urban and rural areas of nine km border, more developed transportation, economy is relatively steady rise, the geographical environment is superior, is located in the suburbs, all aspects of the economy are more favorable conditions, students of art learning enthusiasm is on the decline significantly, what is the reason? What is the strategy? How to improve students’ learning initiative in painting? According to this way of thinking, the author starts the study.In order to increase the enthusiasm of the students in Nine Kilometers Primary School in learning drawing, I wrote the thesis to study the topic. There are six parts in the paper:In the first part, there is introduction, stating the research status, the purpose and meaning of the research, and the ideas and methods of the research; The second part, I raised a question about the enthusiasm decreasing in drawing learning, through the field visits and surveys. In brief, I raised a question. The third part, I studied and analyzed the question deeply, and looked for the causes of the decreasing in enthusiasm in drawing lessons. In brief, I looked for the causes. The forth part, I proposed the methods which could be done and could work to change the situation of decreasing, and to increase the enthusiasm of students in drawing learning and the enjoyment of the drawing classes. In brief, I proposed the countermeasures. The fifth part, through us the teachers, and the students’ diligence, we got the positive effect on art learning. In brief, we made a conclusion through the practice. The sixth part is the conclusion.The students of grade five or six primary school nine kilometers of art learning enthusiasm drop too fast phenomenon as the main line, through the analysis of the formation of this phenomenon, the author’s point of view:first, change the primary school teachers of the art education idea is fundamental to improve this phenomenon; second, adjust the teaching method is an important measure to improve this phenomenon; third, make full use of local resources is an effective way to improve this phenomenon. Fourth, improve self-efficacy, maintain his curiosity is the phenomenon of security.
