As our country strongly encourages and supports the Secondary VocationalEducation, the Secondary Vocational Schools expand their enrollment continuously.But there are some new situations and problems in the management of SecondaryVocational Schools, with no certain limits in their admissions, and the ideas andmodels of the traditional in student management cannot fit in the new circumstances.Some new topics of education management are proposed,and corresponding reformsmust be carried out.Based on the investigation into the current situation in secondary vocationalschools, this paper puts forwards the assumption to construct and implement“Two-Way Interaction” in management by analyzing the needs of students and theexisting problems. It also attempts to introduce the theory of “Interaction Management”into management, where traditional teacher management turns into teacher-studentmanagement in Teacher-Student Interaction. It also proposes some new ideas, such as“student-oriented”,“dual aspects in student managers”, and “the process ofmanagement is the process of improving students’ quality”,to replace the traditionalmanagement concept that emphasizing managing students with the new one that aimsat serving and cultivating students.We have devised ideas to deal with how toimplement “Two-Way Interaction” management in vocational students throughmanaging the dormitory and class, the second class, social practice, etc and somesafeguard measures in organization, institution, personnel,etc. Practice and results ofsome investigation in schools prove the effectiveness of “Two-Way Interaction”management mode. All in all, this kind of management mode reflects that the studentsplay the main role, advances to build a equal, democratic and harmony teacher-studentrelationship where students can improve their comprehensive qualities like initiativeand creativity, and enhances the quality of educational management.The theory and the practical results of this paper provide beneficial reference foreffectively solving the current problems,which include difficulties in educationmanagement and the low qualities of students in secondary vocational schools.
