At present, Chinese education reform is being carried out, effects have beengained.Reform is not only a course, but a comprehensive education reform tocurriculum reform as a breakthrough point, the change is the most importanteducational ideas. The newer and higher requirements change curriculum positioning,on the role of language teachers teaching mode implementation etc.. In recent years,the Chinese educational circles the emergence of a large number of outstandingeducators, especially working in a foreign language teachers in their teaching practice,constantly learning, constantly practice to form their own teaching style, a strongimpetus to the reform and development of Chinese language teaching.The thesis takes Liaoning province super Chinese teacher, Chinese leaders--ZouChunyan for example, policy according to the relevant laws and regulations ofeducation, teaching theory and the law of education and teaching, feedback based onZou teacher classroom practice and student, according to the content of the interviewMr. Zou’s connotation, research and summarize Zou Chunyan teacher teaching style,with period the current language teaching has guiding significance and reference, toinherit and innovation.Firstly, the outlines of a teaching style, is the connotation of teaching style,namely the teachers in certain under the guidance of the theory, in the long-termteaching practice, through continuous learning, exploration, innovation, developmentbecomes the stability of unique and effective teaching thought, teaching skills,teaching style of performance; two summarizes the features of the teaching style,uniqueness, stability and development; three is to comb the teaching style formationstage: deep learning stage, practice stage, development stage and mature stage ofinnovation. Secondly, on the basis of Zou Chunyan teaching contents, teaching style of Zou Chunyan, enjoy the education, stimulate guide; into the smart, taste thick;diligent, be good at creating. Finally, according to the law of education and teachingsummed up the revelation of Zou Chunyan’s Chinese teaching style on the currenteducation: erudite thick, postgraduate contented; according to the learning situation,build capacity; good guide, guide and Eph stretch; focus on inspiration, and rhoda.
