Currently, a new round of curriculum reform deepening, junior high school physical educationhas entered a new era, Physical Education whether there is a new development of better andfaster, requiring physical education teachers to continue to strengthen theoretical study andimprove their level of business ability to guide the students, junior high school physicaleducation teachers to further enhance understanding and grasp of the new curriculum, the abilityto implement the new curriculum, and the ability to effectively guide through physical educationand enhance students’ physical quality, thereby further enhancing physical education teachersteaching skills, professional guidance level and overall literacy. Currently PE teacher continuingeducation has become an effective way to improve the quality of physical education teachers,middle school PE teachers through continuing education and training, to improve their overallquality to meet the physical education curriculum reform to ensure the effective implementationof physical education and health curriculum.The topics to Shenyang city’s five district middle school physical education teachers continuingeducation for the study, and the use of literature, research questionnaires, interviews, andmathematical statistics. Describes the theoretical basis of this study and physical educationteachers to continue to develop educational background and trends were summarized on theconcepts of this study were defined by the survey to understand the overall structure of Shenyangjunior high school physical education teachers in five districts continue the effectiveness ofeducation and teachers’ expectations, continuing education content and mode of physicaleducation teachers continuing education of existing problems, and then put forwardcountermeasures and suggestions to promote the junior high school physical education teachersin Shenyang continuing education.The study concluded that: Shenyang Junior High PE teacher overall structure is reasonable, butthere is still lack of continuing education: continuing education content is not consistent with theactual situation of physical education teaching, training methods is relatively simple; incentivesand evaluation mechanism is not perfect; effectiveness of continuing education needs to beimproved.For the current status of Shenyang Junior High School physical education teachers continuingeducation and shortcomings, proposed the following measures: to raise awareness and foster theconcept of lifelong education; perfect rules and regulations to protect the physical educationteachers to grow; increase Shenyang continuing education of physical education teachers to implement efforts, focusing on the effect of feedback training; setting rich continuing educationcontent; continuing education and modern information technology integration,to develop a newmodel of continuing education...
