An Empirical Study On The Pension Institution In Tuzuoqi County In Hohhot

Pension institution refers to a comprehensive service such as the provisionof daily life, clean health, life care, health management and sports andrecreational activities for the elderly. With the aging of the increasingproblems and family pension idea continues to weaken, pension institutionswill take more and more important responsibility for pension problems inTuzuo County. More and more people will choose spend there early years in ahome. But at the present stage, the pension institutions of Tuzuo County stillhave many problems. Therefore, the author takes Baimiaozi nursing home andKangxin nursing home as the research object, using social work theoryanalyze Tuzuoqi County pension institutions. It is important to effectivelysolve the pension problems in the region and the sustainable and stabledevelopment of pension institutions. At the same time, the research on thepension institution issues in social work theory, not only can makeprofessional knowledge to solve practical problems, contribute to thecombination of theory and practice. And provide realistic basis andexperience accumulation for the elderly social work theory, so as to promotethe social work in the field of development and deepening of the pensioninstitution.The author conduct on site investigation in Baimiaozi nursing home andKangxin nursing home, use of interviews, questionnaire research, studied onTuzuo County pension institution problem exploration. At the same time, themethods of social work involved, through the field research method, caseanalysis, close to their life, find and solve problems. First introduced the general situation of the Tuzuoqi County pension institution construction and analyze the present development.The second chapter analyses the problem of pension institution and thereasons that influence the Tuzuoqi County pension institution development.The author realized the main problem of Tuzuoqi County pension institutionis the development of public institutions and private institutions are notbalance.The third chapter, the related suggestions on accelerating the developmentof Tuzuoqi pension institution put forward. That is to make full use of thesocial work professional knowledge, social work talents team construction.
