With the increasing development of computer networks, closed training model can no longer meet the requirements of professional development of teachers, teachers have been gradually emerging trends in the development of the network environment based on. Currently, a lot of instant messaging software tools and web logs, as well as thematic sites are widely applied to teachers’professional development, and this study based on teachers’professional development network environment is currently more popular Moodie as a case study for application value analysis, exploring the teachers’ professional development model based on the promotion and implementation of policies under the network environment.The use of network questionnaire survey and analysis of targeted.
