Analyze On Rural Moderately Prosperous Satisfaction Of Hebei Province Based On Data Mining Technology

The Eighteenth National Congress clearly put forward the goal of completing thebuilding of a moderately prosperous society in all respects by2020. we should doubleits2010GDP and per capita income for both urban and rural residents. Basingourselves on China’s actual economic and social development， we must work hard tomeet the following new requirements， while working to fulfill the goal of building amoderately prosperous society in all respects set forth at the Sixteenth andSeventeenth National Congresses of the Party.at the end of2012，Xi general secretary went to the poor areas and the oldrevolutionary base areas to visit difficult people in fuping county in Hebei provinceand pointed out, completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in allrespects in the countryside the most difficult and the most onerous task, withoutmoderate prosperity in the countryside, especially without moderate prosperity in thepoor areas, is not to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects.This paper take Hebei province for example， design a questionnaire in fiveaspects including economic development， the quality of life, the resourcesenvironment， democratic legal system and cultural education entertainment. Thispaper surveyed11cities in Hebei province, by means of questionnaire investigation，to study how to complete the building of a rural moderately prosperous society. Thispaper build a decision tree model shows that： rural moderately prosperoussatisfaction is greatly influenced by the annual income， entertainment facilities andthe rural education environmental factors， but traffic environment， medical level，the rural cooperative medical insurance system of rural are not very important. At thesame time， the association rule model shows that： the farmer which annual incomein30000yuan and above， the economic situation which compared with the pastdecade’s improve a lot， and the education of rural environment is satisfied has ahigher rural moderately prosperous satisfaction. Two models both proved thatincome， rural education environment and economic development on the importance of rural moderately prosperous satisfaction. Finally， the article according to theresults of the model， puts forward the Suggestions from five aspects to improve ruralmoderately prosperous satisfaction.Through the study of how to complete the building of a moderately prosperoussociety in all respects in our province, and to find the current situation of thedevelopment of the moderately prosperous society, find out the weak link, which canbe targeted to solve the problem. This paper aims to analysis the present situation ofcompleting the building of a moderately prosperous society in our province and whatfarmers most concern. we put forward targeted and operable in Hebei province ruralpaths and countermeasures to complete the building of a rural moderately prosperoussociety, some suggestion in five aspects including economic development，the qualityof life, the resources environment， democratic legal system and cultural educationentertainment are given to promote the rural moderately prosperous satisfaction ofHebei province. If we can successfully find a scientific, systematic and mature way topromote the development of rural build a well-off society in an all-round way, notonly can promote the pace of our province to build a rural moderately prosperoussociety in all respects, and can also be for the provinces and regions with similarproblems in Hebei province to provide theoretical support, to further accelerate theprocess of the country to to complete the building of a moderately prosperous societyin all respects.
