Thinking Of Students Management In Higher Vocational Colleges In The New Period

Rudiment of Higher vocational education in our country is beginning in the80’s of last century, after decades of development, the scale has been a growing. Higher vocational colleges gradually matured and norms through merger, upgraded and other forms of technical secondary school because of the attached great importance to and correct guidance of the state. Furthermore, the student management work in Higher Vocational Colleges as an important part of higher vocational colleges, It can directly influence teaching order、campus culture and a good learning atmosphere of creating.With the rapid development of economic globalization and Chinese economic, higher occupation education has been acted on international convention gradually. In Higher Vocational colleges, the traditional student management model has been unable to meet the needs of actual work because of some questions that Influence of social thoughts on Students, the unique status of college students in the new period and the quality of students. Facing the new problems appeared in new period, Higher Vocational College student management work must keep pace with the times, improve the management of its own limitations and to explore a set of effective management methods to adapt to the actual situation of students management in the new period. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to implement education policy of Communist Party of China, improve students’occupation accomplishment and improve the level of running a school.The author as student management workers in higher vocational colleges, according to the common problems of student management in Higher Vocational Colleges in the new period, to explore the method of student management in Higher Vocational Colleges in the new period, some suggestions and solutions were put forward in order to solve the problem that the management of students "management","taking students as the service object of the humanized management" and other aspects. That is conducive to the building of a harmonious campus culture in higher vocational colleges, enhance the reputation and competitiveness.Research methodologies of the paper review, questionnaire survey and interview survey were utilized for data collection. This paper has been written based on refer to the relevant information, the advantages of student management in western developed countries for reference, Investigation and Research on teacher and student cadre of student management in Inner Mongolia Business Vocational College and the reference of others research results.This paper consists of three parts:First of all, the paper puts forward the practical significance of students management in Higher Vocational colleges; Secondly, problems of the status of student management work in the new period were found by interview and questionnaire survey method that taking Inner Mongolia Business Vocational College as an example. Finally, this paper gives strengthen management of higher vocational students several measures and suggestions.
