Research On Student Work In Yancheng Higher Vocational College Based On Project Risk Management

With the continuous increase of the government's investment in higher education,higher vocational colleges have made great progress,and the number of students has increased dramatically year by year.But at the same time,the management of students in those colleges is also facing more and more challenges and risks.The characteristics of students behavior in higher vocational colleges leads to various risk incidents emerging in endlessly.Campus violence,suicide,mass incidents,campus security incidents,mental health,network fraud,student employment and many other issues are challenging the student management administrators.In addition,they also are bounded by the backward student management methods and concepts.Therefore,in this situation,it is very necessary for the student management administrators,especially the staff whose work directly relates to the students,to study the methods and strategies to reduce and avoid those risks.By using the methods of literature analysis,case study,questionnaire and interview,this paper applies the theory of risk management to the management of students in higher vocational colleges.By analyzing the risk problems existing in the management of students in higher vocational colleges in Yancheng,this paper explores the risk management system and management framework of students,and then puts forward the strategies and practical modes to deal with the problems,with a view to putting forward some suggestions.It is also hoped to provide a reference to the work of student in the field of risk management in higher vocational colleges.The present paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which analyses the social background of risk management of students in higher vocational colleges,expounds the significance of the study,and analyses the development process of risk management at home and abroad.The second chapter is the theoretical basis,which defines the core concepts involved in the paper,such as risk management.The third chapter evaluates and analyses the causes of students' risk management higher vocational colleges in Yancheng through questionnaires and interviews.Chapter four constructs the student risk management system and management framework of higher vocational colleges in Yancheng.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to deal with the problems existing in the process of student risk management in higher vocational colleges in Yancheng.Chapter 6 draws the conclusion that the theory of project risk management has a strong guiding significance for the management of students in higher vocational colleges.Applying it to the management of students can effectively prevent and avoid asmuch risks as possible in the work of students in higher vocational colleges,provide support for the healthy growth of students in higher vocational colleges,and provide impetus for the orderly development of students' work in higher vocational colleges.
