Study On The Change Of Local Higher Vocational Colleges Students’ Influence On Students Management Work

In recent years, college enrollment expanding, occupation colleges have developed rapidly, but the students attending the college entrance examination according to statistics every year to drop million counts, the squeeze, to seek survival and development, occupation colleges almost no threshold, the trend of diversification potential students properties can not be blocked, this is will bring real trouble and many problems to the management of students. Therefore, taking Huaihua Vocational and Technical College as an example, has carried on the investigation to the2010,2011and2012class three grade300students, through the investigation on the students’ family, professional learning, employment, living conditions and the management of school attitudes and other aspects of the basic situation, hope can more objective, accurate, comprehensive understanding and grasp the current Huaihua Vocational and Technical College student body and mind development and thought, living condition and the student management work, explore the common problems existing in the current management of students in the school, which is targeted to take effective measures, science. The article is divided into five chapters, the first chapter, which presents the background and significance of the study and research of the present situation, proposes the research ideas and methods and innovations; the second chapter, taking Huaihua Vocational and Technical College as an example, the source of students’ change on Regional Higher Vocational Colleges through the investigation and analysis; the third chapter, expounds the present situation of the students change the current students management in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the problems existing in the students management work like the Huaihua Vocational and Technical College local vocational colleges; the fourth chapter, by comparing with the non local higher vocational colleges student management work experience, find out the gap between the two; finally, some suggestions are made for improving student management work of Local Higher Vocational Colleges and universities.
