Exile: Campus Bully In "double Man" Situation

This study is a field discovery from the case study, using qualitative research method to explore a special kind of school bully crowd:bully/bullied. After describing that how does Xiao Xia bully others after being bullied in detail, the author pay close attention to his behavioral responses and psychological change process, trying to make it clear why the case being bullied and bully others in his school and family system. Finally I find eight points to share with the reader.1.Xiao Xia has the weakness of a passive bullied, and he also shows the out of control of an aggressive bullied, he is a typical "bully/bullied".2.Xiao Xia could bully others by physical touch instinctively or by verbal attack with bravado, but there is no clear motivation in those bully behaviors.3.Within the school system, because of poor performance, dirty appearance and bad conduct, Xiao Xia is rejected by peer and is neglected by teachers, wandering all day long.4.Within the family system, Xiao Xia is defined by his nation、character、habits and other reasons. His parents have high expection to him, but they didn’t give him operational guidance. He is a failure everywhere and became afraid of his parents’ disappointment, he chooses to escape and camouflage, became a "liar".5.During the growth time, Xiao Xia experienced a complex, nonlinear and unique psychological adaptation process. There exists distinctive contrast among the roles he plays in his life, he is facing an embarrassing situation:exile, showing as "broken role".6.The directly result of exile is "breakdown of the relationships"within the case’s ecosystem, the breakdown deepened the extent of deportation.7.Identity has a special significance to Xiao Xia, making him "labeled" earlier, the habits behind the identity also brings a lot of troubles.8. Xiao Xia’s ecological system presents "incomplete" education elements, after the encounter difficulties in the process of his growth, he has no access to help and guidance, because of the lack of "morality" and the neglect of "person" in the process of education, he was exiled gradually."Exiled" situation is unfortunate for my case, the cause of this situation is too much. In the final part of the article, the author attempts to discuss the situation from the background of the case’s "small system" extended to social this "big system", but as an exploratory case study, the researcher’s intention is not ratiocination, but would like to reveal and show this kind of subtle crowd-the neglected person at risk in school bully field. The author’s intention is to promote the school bully research intensive development in an all-round way.
