Along with the times development and society’s progress, High schooleducation gradually popularization, the high school in the school continue toincrease in number. At the same time also have different students’ learning situation,can say learning level difference is very big, this kind of situation in the high schoolmathematics performance is more outstanding. Different levels, the basis of studentslearning habits, learning efforts, learning potential is also different, if you don’tconsider the difference of the objective existence, relying only on the unity of theteaching material arrangement, and use the same teaching methods for teachingactivities, teaching effect is definitely a big discount. But as for the current teachingmode and can’t use the personalized teaching methods, to different students takedifferent way of education, then can find a way to compromise-neither is beyondthe current teaching objective conditions the limit and can meet the demand ofstudents’ personality and does not increase the burden of students is a crucial. Sousing a hierarchical teaching in high school mathematics teaching is currently thepreferred method.In this paper, the high school mathematics related theory of the layered teachingmode were studied, and combined with the author’s own teaching practice to thespecific operation of each part has carried on the detailed elaboration, also to theactual teaching effect were evaluated, finally found that some of the problems in theprocess of layering teaching has carried on the research and analysis, pointed out thedirection of the stratified teaching plan for the future. This article is divided into sixparts: the first part mainly introduces the the background and significance ofstratified teaching theory and introduces the related concepts; The second part is theliterature review, this paper introduces the layered teaching development situation athome and abroad; The third part introduced the related theories of stratified teaching;The fourth part elaborated in practice to implement concrete measures of the layeredteaching mode; The fifth part evaluates the effect of the high school mathematicsstratified teaching; The sixth part introduces layered teaching practice research results, and reflect on some of the problems, and to the layering teaching putsforward the prospect of further development.
