Professional competence is not only the most outstanding external performance of teachers’comprehensive quality,but also the core factor in teachers’ professional evaluation.With the deepening of basic education reformatioon and introduced <Kindergarten Teachers’ Professional Standards> in our country, the kindergarten teachers are required higher and update professional competence. However, the kindergarten teachers who graduated from preschool education major in undergraduate schools face the double troubles in employment and job adaptation. Accordingly, to seek proper view to clarify the undergraduate preschool education’s quality confusion in its talent cultivation and is urgent.Under the social background that higher education is as a service industry, the core customer, students’assessment right to education quality has been received extensive attention of the international higher education area. The education quality assessment system in our country, however, ignores the students’ assessment right.Therefore, this study based on the view of students’satisfaction to test the quality issues in the process of students’professional competence training is meaningful in both theory and practice.Based on the hysteresis characteristic of the effect of higher education service, this study selects new kindergarten teachers as objects and adopts the combinated method of theoretical research and empirical research to discuss the quality issue of the talents cultivation of undergraduate preschool education under the perspective of standard and ability orientation. For theoretical research, this study builds a new kindergarten teacher satisfaction model which aims at testing their satisfaction in pre-service competence training. In addition, this study determines the dimensions according to the seven prefessional competences in<Kindergarten Teachers’profess-ional standards>. For the empirical research, this study builds the satisfaction indexs through interview and organizes the questionnaire that tests the new kindergarten teachers’satisfaction. The results shows:Firstly, new kindergarten teachers’overall satisfaction to pre-service professional competence training is lower. Secondly, among all the competence training services, the teachers’satisfaction to reflection and development competence is highest, and the environment creation competence is lowest. Thirdly, major image, the competence to design and implement education activities, the organization and child care competence in kindergarten’s day life, the competence to support and guide the kindergarten games and the competence to create and utili e the environment are the service projects need to be improved urgently for undergraduate preschool education major.Based on the above conclusion, to improve students’satisfaction is very urgent. Establishing professional brand awareness, setting up complainment channels for students and strengthening competence training services are realistic strategies to enhance the quality of kindergarten teachers’pre-service professional competence training and to improve the students’professional competence level in undergraduate preschool education major.z...
