| Modern mechanization and automation make the working conditions of the employees greatly improved, the heavy manual working in the past become less and less.but the safety and healthy problems of the staff in canteen are still prominent,especially those are who engaged in the manual operation such as washing the dishes, chopping vegetables, cooking, are risking many kinds of musculoskeletal disorders, there are many risk factors,such as long soaking, high temperature, humidity, ventilation, unfavorable threating their health,which will directly or indirectly affect the service quality of university logistics department.The research takes Southwestern University canteen staff as the research object.Using modern epidemiology, health care and rehabilitation, human ergonomics, the search conducted a questionnaire survey about the musculoskeletal disorders of college catering staff to explore the association between the disease rate in nine parts of body and exercise, working environment,behavioral style. The conclusions are as following:l.In general,there is no much difference between the different sex and age in the catering staffof the musculoskeletal disease.theworksite,occupationdivision,transoprtaio transportation,sports time, exercise time and frequency, have no significant impact on the thighs musculoskeletal disorders. Due to the difference of catering staff’s working areas, there are significant differences on the eight parts of the muscle skeletal, that is: office workers’neck and shoulder have the highest incidence of musculoskeletal disorders while the canteen staff are on the back and elbow,and the procurement staff’s neck musculoskeletal disease incidence rate is the lowest. There are differences in the muscle skeletal on eight parts due to different occupation.That is:management and procurement staff have high rate musculoskeletal disorders in the neck and shoulder;the cook have high rate musculoskeletal disorders in the wrist, elbow, knee; the cleaning staff have high rate musculoskeletal disorders in the wrist, neck, elbow, knee and ankle.2.Different traffic tools have certain influence on the musculoskeletal health of the restaurant staff, Embodied in:the staff who go to work by bike or on foot have significantly lower disease rate in the neck, shoulder than those who take a bus and drive, the staff who go to work by bus have significantly lower disease rate in the neck and back than those who drive to work. Different exercise will result in different disease jogging makes a higher rate of musculoskeletal disorders in the neck, shoulder, knee than that of ball games and other sports. Ball games makes a higher rate of musculoskeletal disorders in the shoulder, wrist skeletal muscle than that of other sports. From the catering staff daily exercise time, we can see:there is no significant difference in musculoskeletal, but from the frequency we can see that:taking part in physical exercise has an obvious improvement on the neck, shoulder, back, knee, back, wrist, knee, ankle musculoskeletal disorders.3.Playing cards too often will have a disadvantage on the staff in canteen. Embodied in:the rate of musculoskeletal disorders in the neck, shoulder, back, ankle is7.0293.008ã€2.608ã€2.273as those who do not play; drinking has a bad influence on the musculoskeletal of the canteen staff. Those who often drink are3.116and3.056times the rate of those who do not drink. And smoking has a big influence on the neck, those who often smoke have a higher rate of disease on the neck than those who do not.4.From the perspective of work environment, moist, no ventilation and high temperature also has certain effects on musculoskeletal disorders of the catering staff, those who work in a damp environment is11.089and5.200times the rate of disease in the wrist and knee than those who do not;those who work under poor ventilation environment may have knee disease incidence11.089times higher than those who work in good ventilation environment; the staff who work under high temperature may get the disease in the neck, ankle, wrist4.926,4.724,3.239times the rate of those who work in normal temperature. |
