| During the progress of teaching reform, experts and scholars pay much attention to theproblem of the relationship between teachers and students. Most current situation indicatesthat students’ speaking rights are few. From the perspective of teachers, most teachers knowless about students. They aren’t willing to listening the students’ innermost thoughts and justfocus on the content which they will teach. It makes students’ subjectivity of study disappear.The ability of teaching listening can’t develop and effectiveness of teaching can’t beguaranteed.This text analysis the problem of teachers’ ability of teaching listening through theteaching listening consciousness, listening motivation, listening behavior, listening effect. Theresult shows that backbone teachers in the survey are short of listening consciousness andlistening effect, but they are well in listening motivation and listening behavior. Analyze thedialectical relationship of mutual promotion between teaching listening ability and knowledgegeneration. Through the questionnaire investigation, inquiry and analysis the teachers’listening ability and found that teachers were know less about the concept of listeningconsciousness, they listen to the students’ need is in order to satisfy the listening concept,students’ respond are not effective, teachers pretend to listen, listen unfairly or misunderstandlistening and so on. And then point out the reason which is lead to the deficiency of teachinglistening ability, such as, primary school teachers are lack of relevant listening ability training,they have weak learning awareness, the unreasonable of teaching time bring about the nullityof listening, the subjective consciousness of teachers’ listening are more idealized, theaffective interaction between teachers and students in the class are deficient and so on. Aim atthese reason, this text put forward some upgrade strategies, including the creation ofdemocracy harmonious classroom, the construction of students’ generative knowledge systemand the establishment of listening mechanism from the institutional aspect. |
