Many problems in real life, mathematics, from the problem has geometric background make it abstract formal is not conducive to the solution.This is also the geometric intuition to study the teaching of elementary school mathematics. the literature on primary school students geometric intuition teaching strategies more, but the geometric intuition ability of primary school students in the survey has not yet appeared.In this study, from the following four perspectives:(1) the development of the pupils geometric thinking level roughly divided(2) Geometric intuitive form of expression(3) to understand the actual situation of the now four to six grader mathematical geometric intuitive ability;(4) geometric intuitive teaching mode of teaching and researchThe main conclusions are:Student geometric intuitive ability is low,which can not meet the "standard" to be,there is still much room for development. Grade Four to six students geometric intuition ability to progressively increase the differences in the ability of geometric intuition grades the linear upward momentum, but the change is slow. This shows no significant difference between the grades in the new curriculum in grades four to six textbooks geometric intuition of this approach to solve more problems, but did not reach the proper training objectives for the school segment. Geometric intuition ability of sixth-grade girls slightly more than boys, but did not show a certain correlation between gender and geometric intuition ability; The ability of students geometric intuition and math scores have some influence; Teachers and students to participate in the classroom, so that they really come into the classroom, experienced knowledge generation process, and thus promote their geometric intuition ability Teachers generally know the geometric and intuitive form of expression and content, aware of the geometric intuition of great significance, geometric intuition major school in the teaching process not to provide adequate teaching needs teaching equipment, but not for an accurate evaluation of students’geometric intuition criteria. Therefore, it is difficult to test the ability of students and assessment.
