Due to the football is the confrontational and competitive sport at the same match,the football player needs to carry out the high-intensity,intense and continuous fast movements in the competition and training,which requires football player to have the ample physical fitness for adapting the competition.Studies on the physical characteristics of football player has always been an important task in the R&D of football,and reasonable arrangement of exercise load is the key factor of restricting the training for physical fitness.Although the exercise load consists of the load capacity and load intensity,it is necessary to conform to the rules of physical and mental development of the player,so it is very important for how to arrange the exercise load reasonably and how much the load capacity and load intensity can be arranged to achieve the best effect of sports training and give fully play to the potentiality of the player.In order to enhance the level of scientific training and training efficiency of the U18 Women’s Chinese Football Team to preparing for the AFC U-19 Women’s Championship in 2021 with excellent results,this paper uses the method of field measurement,observational notes,document and information,interview with an expert and data statistics to monitor and analyze the heart rate and running ability of the player of the U18 Women’s Chinese Football Team using the monitoring system of sports training of the GP-Sports,and to study and analyze the dynamic of the load during the training period.Through the analysis of the data,the following conclusions are obtained:1.During the training period of the U18 Women’s Chinese Football Team,the percentage of time spent in the high intensity training is lower than the time of competition,not having the significant difference between the competition and the training classes with high intensity before competition,so the training intensity is far from the intensity of the competition.The level of overall anaerobic endurance of the player is worse,the running distance of sprint and high-intensity running is less,and most of the time of the player in the training and competition are spent on the joggingand slower running.2.The running distance with heart rate and high-intensity of the female football players in the training process are lower than that in the competition,which demonstrates that the training load intensity of the player in the training period can not meet the load intensity in the competition,but the ability of the young people to bear the load intensity of the competition can be effectively improved through the reasonable training and learning of the coach to adjust the training plan.3.The women’s football match is the medium to the competition with high intensity.In the women’s football match,it is the important factor affecting the re sult of the competition is the young athletes’ high-strength running distance and the n umber of sprints.Systematic and scientific training can improve the ability of young p layers to carry out high-intensity aerobic and anaerobic exercise.4.The running ability of Chinese U18 Women’s National Football Team every po sition in the competition is as follows: the sprint distance of side mid-fielder and fullb ack is obviously far away from forward,centre halfback and center back.The medium intensity aerobic running distance of the centre halfback is the highest in the whole te am and the low intensity aerobic running distance of the forward is the highest in the whole team.The order of the total running distance in competition from big to small i s:centre halfback,forward,fullback,side mid-fielder and center back.5.During the training period of the U18 Women’s Chinese Football Team in Tianjin,the form of the rhythm of training load is the jumping type.The specific arrangement for the form of the rhythm by combining with the load capacity and load intensity is to rise and fall at the same time.
