School is an important stage of basic education, in order to promote the development of basic education, this period requires highly qualified teachers to guide the development of students. As a special vocational, teachers bears an important responsibility for students and the community. As the preaching Tuition FAQ, every performance will affect the students. The teacher’s happiness in life must be studied and concerned. Since the new curriculum standard reform is performed, in order to promote the growth of students, to enhance musical literacy, and to improve the aesthetic appreciation, the society made various demands for Music teachers. However it is still a awkward social role for music teacher in school as the subject teachers, which still needs the improvements.In this study, middle and high school music teacher was selected in one hundred and thirty-eight schools in Huangshi. The author of the questionnaire named "Middle school music teachers’ working happiness questionnaire" was based on teacher Xiao.Tie’s "Primary school teachers working happiness questionnaire", teacher Wang Chuan-Jin’s "professional happiness questionnaire" prepared happiness questionnaire and the compiled face scale by Andrews and Withey in1976. The survey of Middle School Music Teachers career happiness Association and the influencing factors in Hubei Huangshi area were studied. And the Collected research documentation and analysis of the data were studied quantitatively and qualitatively. The acquired data is analysed Using Excel and Spss11.0.In conclusion, the professional happiness of music teachers is common at middle school in Huang shi, and more than half of teachers at this work don’t feel joy and excitement. Thus, the professional happiness of music teachers is not optimistic in ge neral at middle school in Huang shi city. According to data, the professional happines s of music teachers do not relate obviously with teachers’ degree, title, type of affiliate d school and teaching experience of correlation is not obvious. However, the professi onal happiness of music teachers relate with gender, age, school for teaching subject a nd grade, job, income, geographical factors.In order to change the present situation and to enhance middle school music teachers’s working happiness in huangshi area, the article raise two major propositions. One is the objective measures, for example, the music teachers must get a fair assessment,the school need a reasonable norms and culture system.The most important, the school must use the music function to improve teachers’ sense of well-being. The other is a subjective measure of promoting well-being, such as raising teachers’ quality and psychological qualities.
