Maslow believes that life and safety need belong to the low-level, need belongs to the transition of love, respect and self-realization need is advanced.Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory also shows that need is the inner motive power of people’s activities, is the enthusiasm of people power source. Need to tell from the psychology is the lack of a physical or mental state. Therefore, this article mainly through the questionnaire survey and personal interview students form, from the understanding of the internal demand, music students strive to research and thinking to understand the different needs of students, put forward in the teaching from the Angle of the students need, analyses the reason of influencing students’music meet demand and put forward using maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory of teaching design and the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the teaching.
